Approved to BS EN ISO 9001:2000, Amies is justifiably proud of its quality record.   With the four stages of inspection, First Off, In Process, Last Off and Final Inspection, Quality Assurance is controlled from start to finish.

Traceability

Amies operates a unique system of traceability with document and sample back-up of every batch run.

Accurate Testing

With a Mitutoyo Quick Vision 250 Ace (fully C.N.C) which can measure in either conventional contact or fully optical mode, together with a second Mitutoyo CMM, Amies is at the cutting edge in the ability to measure components accurately.

Highly Trained Staff

Our Quality Engineer produces capability studies and ISIR on all newly-tooled mouldings and following tool modifications. This measuring service is also offered to the toolmaking trade and provides the complete tool trialling and dimensional study service.

SPC is applied when required.
